Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours prior will not be charged, appointments cancelled 48 - 24 hours prior will be charged 20%, less than 24 hours will be charged 100%, no call no shows will be charged 100% and banned from booking in the future. Appointments rescheduled more than twice in a row will forfeit deposit and have to apply a new deposit. No refunds. Being 15 or more minutes late will result in the appointment being canceled and the full appointment amount being charged.
